Patrick Killorn
Dr. Killorn is the Medical Director and staff respirologist of the Burlington Lung Clinic. His graduated from the medical school at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His specialty training in internal medicine and respirology was done Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Since finishing his training, Dr. Killorn has worked in a number of communities including Ottawa and Abu Dhabi, UAE. He established the Burlington Lung Clinic in 2008. He is on Active Staff at the Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington where he is the former President of the Medical Staff Association.

Dr. Killorn is a member of the Canadian and American Thoracic Societies and a Fellow of the College of Chest Physicians. In addition to his respiratory practice, he conducts clinical research with his team at the BLC with a particular interest in new treatments for COPD and asthma.

Jacob Gelberg
Dr. Jacob Gelberg graduated from Queen’s University School of Medicine in 2007. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Queen’s University and his Respirology Fellowship at McMaster University. He went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology at the University of Calgary with a focus on minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic pulmonary procedures. He has co-authored a number of peer reviewed publications in various academic journals. He is a consultant in Respirology at Joseph Brant Hospital and a member of the Burlington Lung Clinic team.
